  1. What's the difference between the Gold and Platinum Package?
    Inside the gold package, you will experience pivotal tools, mindset training, and foundations to create a consistent macro and fitness plan. When you enroll in the Platinum package not only do you have access to the full program and group calls, but will have exclusive access to Brittney via 1:1 coaching calls and voice notes to take yourself to a whole new level. This package is for "empowered women" who are willing to shed their fears and quantum leap into reaching their desired goal.
  2. Do you offer refunds?
    No refunds are available. This program is for committed women. I expect my clients to go all in the same way I do. If you commit to training hard and being disciplined with your nutrition, you will see the results.
  3. Can I sign up for the next rounds?
    You can, but I always say, "what are you really waiting for?" It will always feel like it's "not a good time" when your subconscious knows transformation is coming. This can feel like a big commitment and I won't down play it, it is, but you are here for a reason. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
  4. Is this for beginners or advanced?
    This program is for all levels - All I ask is that you show up with the willingness to do the work on a mental and physical level.
  5. What if I don’t see the results?
    You will, IF and only IF you do the work. What you put in is what you get out.
  6. What do I need to participate?
    - You will need access to a full gym or a home gym with an assortment of dumbbells, a barbell with plates, and a bench.
