What's the difference between the EVOLVE and ILLUMINATE Package?
When you enroll in my ILLUMINATE coaching not only will you have access to the EVOLVE package, but will have exclusive access to Brittney via 1:1 coaching calls and voice notes to take yourself to a whole new level. This package is for "empowered women" who are willing to shed their fears and quantum leap into reaching their desired goal.
Do you offer refunds? And/or can you guarantee results?
No refunds are available. My coaching is for committed women. I expect my clients to go all in the same way I do. If you do the work, you will see the results.
Can I sign up later?
You can, but if you’re ready to take action now, I always strike when the irons hot! Also, I will only be accepting a LIMITED number of clients for 1:1 coaching. Once the spots are filled, I do not know when I will be opening it up again!
Do I need to have prior experience in fitness or nutrition?
For Elevate 1:1 coaching, we desire that you have experience tracking macros and have had at least a year in the gym training! If you are completely new to the fitness journey, it would be best for you to begin with The Lifestyle Method or ILLUMINATE.
Will this program work for someone with a long history of yo-yo dieting?
Yes! But you must be willing to take consistent action and be open to the process. We will access your starting point when you begin and create a realistic plan of action to help you reach your ultimate goal!
Will Brittney's coaching work if I have a diagnosed eating disorder?
Yes, and if this is you, we are glad you are here! In Brittneys experience, a nutrition plan and coaching can help with recovery from EDs, as nutrition education can be extremely helpful on your journey; however, if you have been diagnosed with an ED, Brittney requires that you work with an ED specialist and/or therapist in conjunction with the nutrition work you do together. She will also ask that you provide a signed doctors note clearing you to begin a diet/fitness program.
Who is this not for?
Brittneys coaching is not for women who are unwilling to trust the process. 1:1 coaching is not a quick-fix, get ready for summer diet plan. Brittney creates your program to help you reach to your ultimate goal in a strategic, healthy way, which will create lasting lifestyle transformation - mentally and physically.
