Why did I start this app?
Glow by Brittney is everything I wanted when I first started my fitness journey. I was done with the "guess work," switching workouts every week and not seeing results. I wanted a clear cut plan that told me, “this is exactly what, when and how to train" so that is exactly what I created!

After weeks of using it I find it irreplaceable in accompanying me during my workouts. Each time I make a note of weight I’ve lifted and repetition I’ve made. That way I can monitor my progress more closely. But that’s not it. You get an emotional support of a group chat of all people on the course. You’re able to share messages to all, pictures and videos. It’s the bond you create with people going through the same experience at the same time.

I love the Lifestyle Method App! I’d be lost in the gym without it. It is easy to navigate and I love that I can keep track of my weight used to be able to progress each week. There is also a timer to ensure exact amount of rest time. Hands down, best workout app I’ve used!
