What To Expect Inside The Program:
Yes, you will be required to track your food.
If you don't know what this is, no stress mamacita, you will learn all about the how and why! Tracking your food is a crucial step on your fitness journey and I am here to guide you every step of the way!
Nutrition Coaching
You will need to join a gym (or have an extensive home gym) for this program. Programming is set to 4 or 5 days a week depending on your goals, experience levels and schedule.
All programming is customized to each squad member to get you the BEST results!
Strength Training
I approach cardio for each client depending on their occupation, natural daily movement and body type. You may have a "steps" goal, programmed cardio, both or NONE! Again, this depends on YOU, your lifestyle and goals.
Cardio
We will have 9 group coaching calls within the program. The group coaching calls are all about mindset, education and open forum to ask questions!
One on One calls with me are available within the VIP package.

Private Messaging at Your Finger Tips
You will have access to me via the app messenger to answer any questions, work through mindset hurdles real time and get feedback on your lifting form - YES, sending videos of you training is just like having a personal trainer in your back pocket!
Weekly Check-Ins
You will be required to do a weekly check in. This includes photos, measurements and filling out a check in form, which gives me all of the information I need to make adjustments to. your plan!
Mindset Upgrade
We will have "mindset" assignments within the program. These will require you to take some action steps or follow a journal prompt to further your mindset growth. These are strategically designed to help you breakthrough old patterns and step into your power!
