GRIP-LOCK SILICONE PRINTING: Our lifting straps use silicone printed directly into the cotton weave. Wrapping the straps Over-The-Bar places the silicone against the palm, giving the athlete superior grip. Wrapping Under-The-Bar places the silicone against the bar, meaning the bar or dumbbell will not slip within the wrap.
